2. How to Return Your Item

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. International Returns
If you are located outside the United States, please contact us prior to returning an item, as international returns may involve additional shipping charges and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
